Refund policy

All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Sticky Joe’s Resoles retains full discretion to determine whether a return, refund, or exchange is approved. Approval may depend on factors including the nature of the product or service, condition upon return, time since purchase, and whether the issue relates to workmanship or misuse.

Custom work, repairs, and services are generally non-refundable unless deemed faulty by Sticky Joe’s Resoles.

To request a return, customers must contact Sticky Joe’s Resoles before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
