The Repair Process

1. Online Checkout
Choose the repair you need and place your order online. It’s a simple self-assessment — if you’re unsure which repair is right, just send us a quick message.

2. Drop Off or Send In
Bring your Birkenstocks to a drop-off location, or post them to us directly.

3. Assessment
When we receive your shoes, our repair team checks that the repairs match what you’ve ordered. If anything’s different, we will get in contact with you.

4. Repair in Progress
We complete your repairs using genuine Birkenstock parts and careful workmanship, restoring comfort, durability and style.

5. Return or Pick Up
Once your sandals are ready, you can collect them in person or have them posted back to you.
How to get your shoes to us?
1. Drop them off:
Drop them off at the front counter of Beta Park Launceston (our workshop is in a warehouse nearby) and hand your sandals over in person to one of the friendly staff at the front counter. We’ll make sure they’re checked in for repair.
2. Post Them In:
Prefer postage? Pack your Birkenstocks securely in a box and post them to us. Once they arrive, we’ll confirm and get started.
