How to Drop Off Your Shoes for a Resole

Drop off your shoes, pay online, and pick them up or get them posted back—simple!

  • Drop off your shoes at a participating location.
  • Pay online (beforehand or in-store).
  • Not sure what resole you need? Visit our When to Resole page.
  • Shoes are sent weekly/fortnightly from drop-off locations.
  • Choose your return option: Pick up from the same location or have them posted back to your address.
