1. Fill out an order form with your shoe details before sending your shoes to us. If you can't print the form, just write down the required information and include it with your shoes.
2. Send your shoes to the address provided.
3. After we receive your shoes, we'll check their condition and send you an invoice for the repairs.
4. Once you've paid for the resole, we'll start repairing your shoes.
5. Your shoes will be sent back to you as soon as the repairs are finished.
